So I've just now recovered from my first experience with the salt water flush. Wow. Although this is the world wide web, I will censor myself.
In other news, I think some cereal would taste great right now.
I'll post the pictures of Andrew and myself mixing up the concoction soon, and let you know how the rest of the day goes....

Ok. That was absolutely horrible. One taste and I was done. If that stuff would have tasted even decent, I think I could have made it. But, if the only thing I can consume tastes like that, there is no way. Good luck to you, I have a feeling it will only get worse.
I have a headache and I want a burger.... real bad. I think I'm going to add more syrup and less cayenne next time...
