Hello, and welcome to our blog. Over the course of the next few days we are going to be recording our experience with The Master Cleanse Diet, or as it's also known as, The Lemonade Diet.
Sounds great, doesn't it? Why are we doing it you ask? That's a good question. Is it to cleanse our bodies of toxins? Is it to lose weight quickly before spring break? Is it to test the limits of our body, mind, and soul?! Yes. Also, we think it would be fun.
The plan is that the different participants (myself, Andrew, Clayton, and Adam) will blog about our daily experiences with the diet. Should be a treat. Check back daily for pictures and thoughts. I anticipate a lot of, "I'M SO FREAKIN' HUNGRY"s.

We are getting our recipe from various online sources and I'm sure we will share with you which ones we have the most luck with.
